Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a remote or call center environment.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and phone systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish or Creole) are encouraged to apply.
