Experienced Setters Only Please. You won't just be booking calendars. You'll be the first human voice starting the sales process, calling inbound leads who've already opted in, uncovering real pain, and starting a conversation that changes the trajectory of a business owner's life. Role Overview: ✅ Call opt-in inbound leads and start the sales process by uncovering pain (no cold outreach, unless you want to earn more) ✅ Book qualified appointments directly into the sales team calendar (clearly defined, no guessing) ✅ Follow up via phone, SMS, and email to drive show-up rates and urgency ✅ Use our CRM (GoHighLevel) and systems to manage your pipeline and track outcomes You'll Succeed Here If: You have setting experience in a high-ticket industry. We need you to hit the ground running (no customer service enquiries please) You can speak confidently with business owners and dig into real pain points using a proven framework, not a script You're obsessive about CRM hygiene, relentless follow-up, and your own metrics You live and breathe "speed to lead" and "the fortune is in the follow-up" Your spoken and written English is perfect. No exceptions.
