Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients from all over the world. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to live chat messages on our clients' websites or social media accounts
  • Answering questions from existing customers on a wide range of topics, such as returns, refunds, and re-ordering
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers, while following provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and effectiveness
  • Demonstrating empathy and a customer-centric mindset, while handling difficult or challenging customer situations with professionalism and grace
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of skills and qualifications, including:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow provided steps and instructions closely
  • Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with technology and able to navigate through multiple software applications simultaneously
  • Ability to identify and empathize with customer concerns and work diligently to resolve any issues they may have
  • A flexible schedule that allows you to work on a part-time basis
  • Access to a device that is able to access social media and website chat functions, such as a phone, tablet, or laptop
  • Reliable internet connection that allows you to work without interruptions

Training and Support

We believe that all our employees should receive adequate training and support to succeed in their roles. As such, full training will be provided for this role, even if you have never worked in customer service before. You'll learn about our products, policies, and procedures, as well as the software applications you'll be using. Additionally, ongoing support and guidance will be provided to ensure your success in the role.
