Responsibilities

As a work-from-home data entry specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks that will challenge your skills and help you grow in your career. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries via messages, online chat, or phone calls
  • Performing various data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Participating in sales calls based on your skills and background
  • Inputting data into our database system, including collecting and digitizing documents and files into digital formats
  • Maintaining productivity and working independently while handling tasks

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Data entry skills with a minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and maintain productivity while handling tasks
  • Proficiency in computer operations, including email and web-based tools
