The Role

As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be working closely with our Marketing and Operations teams to provide best-in-class support to our customers. This is a fully remote position, which means you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, at any time, as long as you have a reliable internet connection. You'll be using cutting-edge tools, such as Facebook Messenger, to engage with customers and provide them with unique solutions to their queries.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on business websites or social media accounts, providing timely and accurate support to customers

  • Answer customer questions, offer sales links, and provide discounts to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to develop and implement effective customer experience strategies
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support
  • Work closely with the Customer Service Supervisor to ensure seamless communication and coordination across teams

Essential Qualifications

* Basic English writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively online

  • Reliable internet connectivity and access to a laptop, phone, or tablet
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer-facing roles or live chat support (not required, but a plus)

  • Familiarity with Facebook Messenger or other live chat tools
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
