Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support and assistance to players of our mobile games, using your knowledge of multiple platforms and technical concepts to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Engaging with a global player base, offering technical advice and assistance in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identifying, prioritizing, and resolving issues in collaboration with diverse departments, including production, QA, design, programming, legal, and marketing.
  • Using your research skills to come up with solutions and enhance our support services, ensuring that our players receive the best possible experience.
  • Collaborating with support engineers to manage player tickets and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent communication skills in German, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent communication skills in Russian, both verbal and written.
  • A knack for swiftly grasping technical concepts and explaining them to users with different levels of technical expertise.
  • Experience playing mobile games is preferred, but not required.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, communications, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, including English, German, and Russian.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of mobile platforms and operating systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience playing mobile games and understanding of gaming concepts and terminology.

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment.
  • Certification in customer support or a related field.
