Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering phones and responding to voicemails in a timely and professional manner
- Working renewal and policy alerts within our agency systems to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Assisting current customers with payments, policy changes, and other inquiries
- Setting up customer appointments for licensed agents to perform policy reviews and provide personalized advice
- Treating each customer contact as a cross-sell and up-sell opportunity to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- A genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and resourceful, with a coachable attitude
- An upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong sense of urgency
- Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-through, and follow-up, with excellent communication skills
- The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Bilingual Spanish is preferred, but not required
- A strong desire to learn and grow within our agency, with a willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License and a Life & Health Insurance License
