Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to live chat messages on behalf of our clients, providing timely and accurate assistance to customers
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences through empathetic and professional communication
  • Providing sales links and discount codes to customers, driving sales and revenue growth
  • Following provided steps and instructions to ensure seamless execution of tasks
  • Working independently, with minimal supervision, to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall support quality

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A device with access to social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • A reliable internet connection, with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps
  • Availability of at least 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week
