Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for reviewing and correcting eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency. You'll work closely with various internal and external teams to resolve issues and provide green resolutions to complex problems. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and correct eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Resolve issues and discrepancies in eligibility records
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve complex problems
- Analyze and reconcile eligibility records between systems
- Monitor and track records to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex's policies and procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance data entry processes
Required Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and entry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of data entry software and systems
- Certification in data analysis or a related field

Compensation and Perks
