Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in helping plan members navigate their healthcare plans. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls and providing information about prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions. Your expertise and knowledge will enable you to offer solutions that improve our members' healthcare experience. You will have the opportunity to learn about healthcare while expanding your own experiences and opening doors to additional opportunities within arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from plan members and provide information about prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions

  • Offer solutions to improve plan members' healthcare experience
  • Collaborate with mentors, independent modules, and leadership to ensure successful onboarding and training
  • Adhere to HIPAA and regulatory compliance standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Work Environment and Culture

We offer a flexible work-from-home (WFH) arrangement for those who meet the requirements. Telecommute rules include maintaining a secure workspace, adhering to internet speed requirements, and completing the training program. Training and Development

Our extensive training program is designed to guarantee your success in the team. This includes on-site training for about 1.5 months, which allows you to experience hands-on learning while interacting with mentors, independent modules, and leadership commitment from day one. Training locations may vary depending on individual experiences in on-site and WFH positions.

Schedule and Availability

We offer part-time schedules starting at 20 hours per week, with days off and hours that may shift. Planned start times will change and adapt to meet business needs. Site hours are 6am-11pm local time, 7 days a week.

Required Qualifications

* 2 years of experience interacting with clients (e.g., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)

  • PC proficiency in Windows-based applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to issue settlements in a positive, constructive way
  • Comfortable interacting with clients in a patient, supportive manner that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving client satisfaction
  • Unwavering commitment to scheduling principles
  • Ability to show persistence and compassion and express confirmation and certainty
  • Strong customer service skills, including obliging phone behavior and excellent communication
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and relational skills
