Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
* Data analysis and entry: You will be responsible for analyzing and entering data into our systems, ensuring that it is accurate and up-to-date.
* Data management: You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our data, ensuring that it is secure and easily accessible.
* Collaboration: You will work closely with our team to ensure that our data is accurate, up-to-date, and secure.
* Problem-solving: You will be responsible for identifying and resolving data-related issues, working closely with our team to find solutions.
* Communication: You will be responsible for communicating with our team and stakeholders, ensuring that our data is accurate and up-to-date.
Additional Duties
In addition to the key responsibilities listed above, you will also be responsible for the following tasks:
* Working on branch projects and PA sports in a timely manner
* Supporting CAPAS carrier catalog offerings
* Incorporating progressive enhancements into all elements of the CAPAS operations
* Supporting implementation of patron PA documents at some point in the Clinical overview part of the member statistics transition process
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills:
* 1-2 years of analytical experience working with large data units for projects or trending/possibility identification
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to articulate complex/technical ideas to non-technical/lay users
* Experience using MS Access database
* Ability to run queries in RxClaim or Data Warehouse
* Self-motivated with a strong, effective attitude
Preferred Qualifications
* RxClaim experience (particularly adjudication associated with PA overrides)
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience working with large data sets
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
