What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Part-time Nights/Weekends, Remote/Hybrid Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering Incoming Calls and Responding to Customer Requests: Provide top-notch support to our customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Booking Appointments with High Data Accuracy: Ensure seamless scheduling experiences for our customers, maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
  • Maintaining Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and supervisors through effective communication.
  • Identifying and Escalating Issues to Supervisors: Recognize and address potential issues promptly, escalating them to supervisors as needed to ensure seamless resolution.
  • Adapting to Fast-Changing Guidelines: Stay agile and responsive to changing guidelines and priorities, ensuring that customer needs are always met.

What We Require (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Graduate or G.E.D.: A solid educational foundation is essential for this position.
  • Minimum of One Year Experience in an Inbound/Outbound Call Center or Retail Environment: Proven experience in customer-facing roles is a must.
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and supervisors through effective communication.
  • Ability to Multitask while Speaking on the Phone and Using a Computer: Stay organized and focused, juggling multiple tasks with ease.
  • Must be Able to Pass a Background Check: A clean background is essential for this role.
