Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading daily video and telephone calls with clients to build strong relationships, address their needs, and onboard them for new services
• Recording client information and after-call notes in our internal systems for accurate record-keeping and follow-up
• Utilizing our proprietary software to create customized deals for clients, ensuring clarity and consistency
• Collaborating with internal team members to discuss new clients and update existing accounts
• Managing client data, notes, and files with attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy

* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Proficiency in Excel and data management experience
