Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a positive and approachable shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

* Provides customer engagement in a positive and approachable manner, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive shopping environment.

  • Assists in maintaining a clean, well-stocked store for customers during their shopping experience, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Helps in the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organizes merchandise, and transports merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor, ensuring efficient and effective inventory management.
  • Independently stocks shelves and recovers merchandise in the store, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Accurately handles customer funds and processes transactions using the POS system, adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures.
  • Remains constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, responding promptly to any concerns or issues.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned in order to maintain an effective and profitable store operation, embracing a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Position Requirements

* Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.

  • Experience: Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments, showcasing a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs. (and occasionally, up to 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height; must be able to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Availability: Ability to work flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, demonstrating a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
