Job Summary

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Completion of high school requirements or its equivalent.
  • Having prior customer service or retail background is advantageous.
  • Effective communication and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in managing various customer inquiries and operating efficiently in a high-speed setting.
  • Fundamental skills in computer systems and programs for customer service tasks are necessary.
  • Ability to transport and relocate items weighing up to 25 pounds as needed.
  • Having a positive and service-oriented demeanor prioritizing customer needs while approaching challenges with a solution-oriented perspective.

Additional Requirements

We require our Retail Customer Service Representatives to be flexible and able to work different schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays if required.
