Join our Team

As a Customer Service Team Leader at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in shaping the customer experience. You'll be responsible for:

  • Encouraging excellent customer service among your team members
  • Assisting agents with technology, professional communication, and career development
  • Building rapport within your team and upholding service level metrics
  • Exceeding customer needs through punctuality, reliability, and a commitment to making a difference

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of customer service representatives in a work-from-home environment

  • Provide coaching and guidance on customer service best practices, technology, and communication skills
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service level metrics and drive results
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes growth and development

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or contact center environment

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meeting or exceeding service level metrics
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a work-from-home environment or remote team setting

  • Certification in customer service, leadership, or a related field
  • Proven experience with technology, including CRM software and communication tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
