Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to our customers
- Delivering an exceptional support experience that exceeds customer expectations
- Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers, including resolving issues and answering questions
- Providing a memorable and delightful experience for our customers, every time

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Be flexible to meet the needs of the business
- Have a reliable internet connection with a speed of at least 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
- Have a working phone line, either a home phone or mobile
- Have a dedicated workspace with a desk and ergonomic chair
- Be able to work in a noise/distraction-free environment
Equipment and Internet Requirements
To ensure you have the necessary equipment and internet connection to succeed in this role, you'll need to:
- Have a 19-inch standalone monitor
- Have a hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
- Have a working phone line (home phone or mobile)
- Have a dedicated workspace with a desk and ergonomic chair
- Be able to work in a noise/distraction-free environment
