About the Role:

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, visits, and messages from clients, stores, and partners. You will utilize various systems and tools to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to exceed customer expectations, build strong relationships, and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle a high volume of incoming calls, visits, and messages from clients, stores, and partners

  • Utilize various systems and tools to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Provide expert-level customer service in a conversational manner, using all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume contact center environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to type at least 25 WPM
  • Effective completion of any required training or certification programs
  • Customer service experience, with a focus on problem-solving and issue resolution

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
