Your Daily Tasks:

• Engage with arenaflex's pharmacy customer base through multiple communication platforms, offering direct support and addressing various topics. This will primarily involve receiving inbound calls and fielding other forms of correspondence.

  • Identify and address customer issues by utilizing problem-solving techniques and thorough research. Proactive follow-up is crucial to ensure that customers' needs are fully met.
  • Delight our customers with exceptional service. Our team values employees who can do more than simply follow a set script – they seek individuals who can sympathize with the customer and provide creative solutions that meet their needs while always keeping safety and regulations in mind.

What You'll Need:
