Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving service or billing complaints, and documenting customer interactions. Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers to provide information and address inquiries regarding products and services

  • Resolve service or billing complaints through efficient processes such as exchanges, refunds, and billing adjustments
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on inquiries and claim investigations
  • Document customer interactions and actions taken to ensure accurate records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Work Schedule and Availability

* Flexible availability required for a 24/7 call center environment with specific available shifts: + 9:30 am - 6:00 pm (Tue - Sat) + 9:30 am - 6:00 pm (Sun - Thu) + 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm (Sat - Wed) + 10:30 am - 7:00 pm (Fri - Tue)

  • Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week

Selection Process

* Interviews conducted via video using Zoom or MS Teams

  • Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Work-from-Home Requirements

* A wired LAN connection from the modem/router to your desktop or laptop is mandatory; wireless connectivity is not permitted

  • The client will provide a 2-meter LAN cable, but candidates must provide longer lengths if necessary
  • Candidates are required to have a table and office chair
  • Video usage during training, team meetings, and client-required sessions is expected

Essential Qualifications

* Education: High school diploma or GED

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a high call volume environment
  • Familiarity with computer applications, particularly MS Outlook and data entry software
  • Aptitude for accurately documenting customer information
  • Proficient in navigating computer software and dual screens
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential

Preferred Qualifications

* A pharmacy background is a plus

  • Bilingual candidates fluent in Hmong, Spanish, or Mien are especially encouraged to apply
