Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Team Leader to oversee a team of customer service associates and drive exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our customer care team, you'll be responsible for monitoring team performance, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. Key Responsibilities

* Monitor the team's performance (approximately 15 associates) and provide coaching, feedback, and mentorship to improve performance and achieve targets

  • Conduct managerial routines such as team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and service procedures
  • Address escalated customer issues promptly and effectively
  • Track and analyze team performance metrics and prepare reports
  • Identify trends, performance gaps, and areas for improvement and work closely with different functions to streamline processes and resolve issues
  • Responsible for employee engagement and professional development
  • Manage projects and tasks related to the customer care department

Requirements

* 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar role (Customer Care Team Leader or equivalent)

  • Previous experience in an international call center environment
  • Strong managerial skills, including leadership, coaching, and communication
  • High English language proficiency (written and verbal)
  • Self-learning ability and a willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Responsibility and ownership taking, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Problem-solving ability and creative thinking to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a global customer service environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
