Key Responsibilities:

* Answer inbound calls, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage department inbox to provide timely and professional support to internal and external clients.

  • Utilize various communication channels, including phone, chat, tickets, and email, to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas to improve customer support processes and outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
  • Contribute to the development of process improvements and quality assurance initiatives to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Essential Qualifications:

* Associate degree or 2 years' experience in customer support or client relations.

  • Ability to work an occasional flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and additional hours during peak times or as required for coverage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Prioritizes delivering an exceptional customer experience and is dedicated to going the extra mile to achieve it.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

  • Experience working in a 24x7x365 operation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose iterative solutions clearly and concisely.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and skills.
  • Ability to provide excellent communication and customer service skills by balancing technical knowledge and people skills.
