Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of our content strategy. As a Data Analyst, you'll apply advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions, identify new opportunities, and measure the effectiveness of our content. Key Responsibilities

* Apply advanced analytical methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions

• Investigate customer behavior (e.g., content preferences, viewing patterns) to identify untapped customer needs and undiscovered content opportunities
• Predict content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
• Develop and refine our content launch and episode release strategy
• Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
• Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction
• Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
• Effectively communicate significant findings through compelling data storytelling across the organization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and AI techniques
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python
• Experience with machine learning algorithms, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more
• Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity to solve complex problems
• Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
