Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our High-Level Examination, Content Group. As a Data Analyst, you'll apply advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions and optimize our content portfolio. You'll work closely with our content team to analyze client behavior, forecast content engagement, and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance. Key Responsibilities
* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions
- Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
- Forecast content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
- Enhance our content launch and episode release strategy
- Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
- Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
- Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
- Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
- Experience in statistical analysis and AI techniques: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
- Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
Good TO-HAVES
* Master's degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- An enthusiasm for Media and Entertainment
