Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for assisting plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions, and providing solutions to simplify their healthcare experience. Responsibilities

* Assist plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing solutions to simplify their healthcare experience

  • Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
  • Offer personalized service, empathy, and assurance to customers, demonstrating a genuine concern for improving their quality of life
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and concerns in a positive, productive manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service and support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to exhibit patience, empathy, and express assurance and confidence

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to relate to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving their quality of life
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive pay range: $17.00 - $27.90 per hour

  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits
