Investigate and evaluate property damage claims: The Property Claims Adjuster will be responsible for thoroughly investigating and assessing property damage claims to determine coverage and liability. Resolve claims efficiently and accurately: The individual in this role will use their expertise in property claims handling to make fair and accurate decisions on claim settlements, ensuring that customers' needs are met in a timely manner. Provide exceptional customer service: The Property Claims Adjuster will act as the primary point of contact for customers and will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while handling their claims. Maintain accurate records: It is crucial for the Property Claims Adjuster to accurately document all claim activities and maintain organized records to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. Collaborate with internal and external parties: This role requires working closely with other team members, as well as external parties such as contractors, legal counsel, and other insurance professionals to ensure efficient and effective claim resolution. Keep up-to-date with industry knowledge: The individual in this position will be expected to stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in property claims handling to provide the best service to our customers. Adhere to company policies and procedures: The Property Claims Adjuster will be responsible for following company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, to ensure compliance. Identify potential fraud: The individual in this role will be vigilant in identifying potential fraudulent claims and will take appropriate action to protect the company's interests. Meet performance goals: The Property Claims Adjuster will be expected to meet or exceed performance targets set by the company, such as claim handling time and customer satisfaction ratings. Continuously improve processes: The individual in this position will be proactive in identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.
