Senior Data Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer (FinTech). Your main tasks will be: Design, build, and maintain data pipelines (Airflow, Airbyte, DBT, Snowflake) Implement Medallion architecture (bronze / silver / gold layers) Develop reliable ETL/ELT processes and integrate data from multiple sources (SQL/noSQL/APIs) Improve data modeling practices and overall data quality Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues Collaborate closely with analysts and business teams to turn data into insights We expect from you: Strong SQL and Python skills Hands-on experience with DBT (models, macros, tests, snapshots) Solid knowledge of Snowflake Experience building data warehouses and pipelines Understanding of data modeling (star / snowflake schemas) What do we offer: REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full-time 27 paid WORKING days off per year (100% compensation) 10 paid sick days per year (80% compensation) Technical equipment by request (laptop, headphones, keyboard, mouse), either provided via delivery or compensated depending on the region Educational courses for professional and personal development by request (Coursera) 1-to-1 language lessons on Preply (any language available on the platform) by request Referral program (up to 5000 EUR) After a successful review period (3 months), you will also gain access to: Home office setup budget: 1,000 EUR, renewable every 3 years to support the purchase of home office equipment (e.g., chair, desk, lamp), subject to your manager’s approval Wellness budget: up to 2,800 EUR per year to compensate for medical, wellness, or sports-related services Sounds good?
