The primary goal of the Specialist will be to invoice the customer on timely manner accurately after all validation, address customer queries and other billing related activities.

Key Responsibilities

Processing Normal Billings on a daily basis within the applicable threshold Generating Invoices and sending it to clients Validating every PO’s or ordering documents w.r.t amount, account, address, currency etc. In case of any discrepancy, send email to Orders team for correction in Salesforce. Maintaining accounts receivable files and records Handling AR email box for Invoice related/Address or contact update related queries. Credit Memo or Credit Tax only request Should be ready to help team for additional activities during rush hours Special projects as required by management. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s/ master's degree in accounting or finance 0-1 years of relevant experience is must Exceptional written/oral communication and Interpersonal skills Experience working with NetSuite and Salesforce.com a plus Ability to break down complex issues and tailor communication style to a range of audiences, including non-accountants, and to clearly articulate ideas, solutions and conclusions to stakeholders Self-starter with the ability to prioritize effectively and work well with colleagues across businesses and geographies in a fast-paced environment Should have good Team Collaboration Skill Flexera is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
