The Paperpal product team is looking for a passionate Product Design Intern to help shape the future of academic research. If you’re eager to learn, solve real user problems, and turn ideas into simple, impactful designs, this role is for you. You will work closely with our Product Design team, gaining hands-on experience in user research, design thinking, and creating intuitive, pixel-perfect solutions. This is a great opportunity to grow your design skills while contributing to products that make a difference for researchers worldwide. Responsibilities

Assist team with design tasks, contributing to various stages of the design process. Learn and master design tools and software to enhance your skill set Execute simple design projects under the supervision of experienced designers. Qualifications and Prerequisites Proficiency in Figma, with a willingness to expand knowledge and capabilities. Design Portfolio is mandatory. Understanding of design principles, including typography, colour theory, and layout Eagerness to learn, strong attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
