We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to guide and coach a QA & Test team within an agile environment, ensuring high-quality delivery across complex manufacturing systems. You will design and execute functional, non-functional, integration, and regression test cases, analyse results, manage defects, and communicate quality risks. A key focus will be driving test automation and continuously improving testing processes. The ideal candidate brings prior experience as a QA Lead and has a strong understanding of agile development methodologies. They combine a detail-oriented mindset with the ability to see both the finer technical aspects and the broader system impact. You have hands-on experience in test automation, with strong expertise in Python, Playwright, and Robot Framework, and are comfortable leading quality initiatives while remaining technically involved. You are proactive, analytical, and committed to continuously improving testing practices and overall software quality. You are a strong communicator, collaborative team player, and proactive problem-solver with a growth mindset and a passion for improving quality and staying current with new technologies.

Responsibilities

Guide, coordinate and coach the QA & Test team in their day-to-day operations. Review requirements for complex manufacturing processes Create test cases systematically using test analysis techniques Create functional and non-functional, as well as integration test cases Execute test cases and analyse test results Implement automated testing Implement testing procedures Perform thorough regression testing Identification of error sources and reporting defects Communicate and Track any quality risks, gaps or issues Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback Profile Have already worked as a QA Lead and are comfortable with all parts of an agile development process Working independently as well as with the team Easily get into new, complex topics ISTQB Foundation certification preferable but not mandatory Ideally have experience in functional and integration testing in an agile environment Ideally already gained experience with test automation Demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness and attention to detail at all times and look for ways to improve and promote quality Excellent communicator: clear, concise, empathetic, and unambiguous Hands on experience: Python, Playwright, Robot Framework Have an eye for both miniscule details as well as the big picture Fluent in English – spoken and written You are a true team player You have a strong work ethic, a real “can do” attitude You have a Growth Mindset.
