Job Summary
We're seeking a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team, supporting the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills, able to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in helping us identify and attract top talent for our searches.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve current processes
- Manage job postings on various job portals and evaluate candidate applications
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Essential Qualifications
* Proactivity and ability to work in a team
- Marked attention to detail in daily work
- 1+ year of previous work experience (a plus)
- Advanced English level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in data entry, recruitment, or a related field
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
