About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team in the automotive industry. As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet. Your primary goal will be to resolve routine problems and provide accurate information to customers about our products and services.

Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring that every interaction is warm, enthusiastic, and tailored to the customer's needs.

  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with colleagues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive excellence.
  • Stay updated on product offerings, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers, ensuring that our customers have the best possible experience with our brand.
  • Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively, providing creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction, building strong relationships and fostering loyalty.

Requirements:

* 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.

  • Strong communication skills, with a minimum C1 level in Italian and B2 level in English.
  • Ability to remain calm and tactful when dealing with customers, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a keen eye for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for finding innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes, with a growth mindset and a love for continuous learning.

Optional:

* Experience with other luxury Brands and Customers Relationship Management Systems (CRM).

  • Familiarity with the automotive industry and its products, services, and trends.
