Job Summary

As a Customer Service Professional at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering world-class support and service to our cardmembers. You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions tailored to their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary contact for cardmember inquiries, providing efficient and effective solutions

  • Maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary
  • Foster strong relationships with cardmembers by delivering personalized service
  • Track and document all interactions in the customer service database
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and service levels

Day-to-Day Tasks

* Respond to customer queries through email, phone, and live chat

  • Provide expert guidance on arenaflex products and services

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred

  • Proven customer service experience, particularly in a remote setting
