Job Summary

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing in-station real-time, hands-on support to ensure our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. You'll connect customers with experts who can provide them with the most accurate and up-to-date information about their packages. Your work will go beyond fulfilling and delivering customer orders; it's about putting smiles on our customers' faces.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage difficult customer situations while using empathy through phone and email; respond promptly and prioritize customer needs; solicit customer feedback to improve customer experience.

  • Analyze data; use stories and experience to complement data; seek out and develop work flows and procedures to improve and promote quality; demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness while meeting established deadlines.
  • Use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer-facing issues in a timely manner; gather and analyze information skillfully to develop alternative solutions.
  • Effectively communicate; listen and get clarification; focus on solving customer needs, maintain confidentiality, and follow policies and procedures.
  • Balance team and individual responsibilities; exhibit objectivity and openness to others' views; give and receive feedback; contribute to building a positive team environment; commit to goals and objectives; support team's efforts to succeed.
  • Treat people with respect; inspire trust in others; support organizational values and goals with integrity.

  • Carry, lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds.
  • Stand, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 12 hours long.
  • Work in a warehouse production environment where noise levels and temperatures vary (personal protective equipment provided).

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment; experience in a warehouse or logistics setting a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills; ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong customer service skills; ability to provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 49 pounds; stand, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 12 hours long.

* Experience working in a customer-facing role in a logistics or warehouse setting.

  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
