Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and coordinating travel arrangements

  • Manage and track local requests through InvoiceWorks and disperse as required
  • Investigate and resolve office technology issues, including phone and copier machines
  • Track and ensure employees complete onboarding obligations, including system access, workspace setup, and training
  • Assist in station event planning, coordination, and execution
  • Handle finance processing in Workbrain for management and care staff
  • Process deprivation letters and arrange local communications and responses
  • Manage employee terminations, including allowing and tasks, as required
  • Assist with timekeeping capabilities, data entry, data review, compromises, and recording
  • Maintain employee records, as needed
  • Maintain station meeting plans, including monthly crisis response
  • Access and manage various intermittent reports, including performance, review, cost, employee engagement, and recognition
  • Update required manuals and maintain all security-related items
  • Serve as backup for other finance capabilities
  • Manage records for OSHA, security, and other regulatory requirements
  • Assist with budget planning and compromise, including monthly reconciliation of landing charges
  • Uphold inspecting exercises as required
  • Track and confirm incentive reserves acquired
  • Liaise with CRE/Offices and vendors to follow local projects, as needed
  • Lead/coordinate work with other care staff, as needed
  • Perform other duties as required

What You'll Need for Success:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • Previous office/administrative experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with processes, procedures, and corporate design
  • Ability to focus on work, be meticulous, and comply with time constraints
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to be self-motivated and proactive
  • Ability to understand the functionality and usefulness of specific software and systems
