Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to customers
  • Delivering an exceptional support experience that meets or exceeds customer expectations
  • Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers
  • Providing a memorable and delightful experience for every customer interaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 18 years of age
  • A flexible schedule that allows you to work a full-time schedule
  • A reliable computer, internet connection, and phone line
  • A noise/distraction-free home office environment
  • A working phone line (home phone or mobile)
  • A hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
  • A required internet speed of 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
  • A standalone monitor (19 inch)

Equipment and Internet Requirements

To ensure that you have the necessary equipment and internet requirements to perform your job duties, please note the following:

  • You must have a standalone monitor (19 inch)
  • You must have a hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
  • You must have a required internet speed of 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
  • You must have a working phone line (home phone or mobile)
  • Your home office must be a noise/distraction-free environment
