Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative Trainee, you'll play a critical role in providing world-class customer experience to our clients through inbound phone calls. This is not a traditional call center job; you'll be working with a dynamic team to handle inbound customer inquiries about our policies and help customers troubleshoot. You'll have the opportunity to work independently, take initiative, and work with little supervision.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound phone calls

• Handle customer inquiries about policies and troubleshoot issues
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Maintain regular and timely attendance
• Make decisions, problem-solve, and hold to an ethical standard
• Manage individual stress and composure
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent

• Designated space and internet capability to work from home
• Ability to pass a background check
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office or G-Suite
• 2 years of customer service experience
