Provide Personalized Support:

Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Eligibility:

Eligibility to work within the U.S. and a minimum age of 18 years.

Technical Requirements:

A functional device (could be a phone, laptop, or tablet) that can effectively run chat software, complemented by a stable internet connection.

Communication Skills:

Fluency in written and spoken English is crucial, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Availability:

A commitment to be available for at least 10 hours weekly, with opportunities to work up to 40 hours based on demand.
