Customer Experience Representative
This is a remote position. Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Assist with order updates, service questions, and support requests Document customer interactions in internal systems Resolve routine issues and escalate complex concerns as needed Support order tracking and customer follow-up communication Maintain accurate customer account records Coordinate with internal departments to support resolutions Provide high-quality customer service in a remote environment
Requirements
High school diploma required 1+ year customer service or support experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic computer and CRM proficiency Strong organization and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities
