Your Next Adventure: Medical Director of Menopause Care and Hormone Replacement Therapy Reporting To: Chief Medical Officer Location: Remote (Anywhere in CA) Whom We Seek? The result: missed opportunities to improve a woman’s quality of life, protect her from serious downstream health risks, and optimize vital lifespan. With that aim in mind, we’re seeking a passionate, experienced, and visionary physician leader to serve as our Medical Director of Menopause Care and Hormone Replacement Therapy. This role will drive clinical excellence, strategic growth, and innovation in our HRT program, focusing on empowering women through perimenopause and menopause with science-backed, compassionate care. ✍️ DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Clinical Leadership: Develop and oversee evidence-based treatment protocols for perimenopause and menopause care and hormone therapy including estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA, and thyroid Medical Oversight: Supervise and collaborate with clinicians delivering HRT services, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and safety.
