Job Requisition ID # 26WD97598 Executive Assistant – EMEA Partner Leader We are looking for a high-performing Executive Assistant to partner with 2 Senior EMEA Directors and support a dynamic, international Channel Management team. This is not a traditional administrative role. We are looking for someone who is fast, highly organized, and an excellent communicator, with the confidence to operate independently, anticipate needs, and keep things moving without constant direction. You will act as a trusted partner, ensuring priorities are executed, communication flows smoothly, and details are handled with precision. What You’ll Do Drive Execution & Keep Things Moving Manage a complex, fast-changing calendar with strong prioritization and judgment Ensure meetings are purposeful, well-prepared, and followed through with clear actions Track key topics and proactively follow up to keep momentum across the team Be the Hub of Communication & Coordination Act as a central point of coordination across teams, stakeholders, and geographies Communicate clearly, concisely, and proactively — both internally and externally Step in to resolve gaps, misalignment, or missing information before they become issues Deliver High-Quality Work Prepare polished presentations, documents, and communications with strong attention to detail Manage travel, events, and logistics seamlessly (including executive-level meetings and Partner Advisory Boards in Europe and the US) Ensure all outputs meet a high standard with minimal rework Own and Improve How We Work Bring structure to tools, documentation, and ways of working (e.g., SharePoint, distribution lists, planning materials) Identify inefficiencies and suggest better ways of working Take initiative — don’t wait to be asked What We’re Looking For Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, international environment Outstanding written and spoken English Strong communicator — clear, concise, and confident with senior stakeholders Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Fast, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities without losing quality Proactive and solutions-oriented — you take ownership and follow through Positive, can-do attitude with strong professional judgment Comfortable with modern tools (Microsoft Office, collaboration platforms, etc.) What Success Looks Like Things run smoothly without needing to be chased Communication is clear, timely, and well-structured Deliverables are accurate and high-quality the first time You anticipate needs and stay one step ahead You are seen as a reliable partner, not just support #LI-MB1 Learn More About Autodesk Welcome to Autodesk!
