Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Solution Architect / System Integration Specialist / Solution Engineer. This role is critical in delivering end-to-end Telco solutions, from design and architecture to integration, validation, and migration. The ideal candidate will ensure technical excellence, customer satisfaction, and successful project delivery in complex environments for Policy solutions.

Responsibilities

Analyze requirements and define product-level implementation. Design High-Level and Low-Level architectures, including IP and network design. Define detailed use cases in alignment with SoW and 3GPP standards. Prepare CIQ and technical documentation. Develop and validate policy rules. Create and execute test strategies, including SVS and test lists. Prepare onboarding files and perform software installation & configuration. Execute integration, validation, and customer acceptance activities. Provide troubleshooting, tracing, and monitoring support. Develop scripts for automation and operational efficiency. Manage Go Live activities and migration of traffic, data, and subscribers. Conduct technical risk analysis and produce tracking reports. Technical Skills & Experience Proven experience in Telco software solution development and/or integration. Strong background in High-Level and Low-Level Design documentation. Advanced software development and integration capabilities. Proficiency in Unix/Linux OS and databases (Aerospike, MariaDB, Oracle, SQL). Expertise in TCP/IP and protocols: Diameter (Gx, Rx, Sy), HTTP2, SIP, Sigtran, SOAP-XML, REST, SNMP. Solid understanding of network architectures and international standards (3GPP, ETSI). Cloud technologies knowledge (VNF, CNF) and platforms (CBIS/CBAM, NCS/NCOM, VMware, OpenStack, OpenShift). Familiarity with Policy solutions (5780DSC, SPS-P, NPC) is an advantage. Experience in application integration projects, especially in multi-DB or complex environments. Knowledge of payment systems, mobile network integration, VoLTE & IMS. Previous experience with OSS/BSS frameworks. Solution Architect certification or equivalent experience is a plus. Soft Skills Strong leadership and team collaboration.
