Sr. Mendix + Python Developer Location: New York City-NY or Boston-MA (100% Onsite-Hybrid) Duration: 8-12 Months Rate: DOE US Citizens and Green cards are Preferred. Job Description:
- Mendix, Python & SQL as primary sources of technology.
- Test driven development and source code reviews and change control standards to maintain compliance with policies.
- Strong technical ability, excellent communication and collaboration skills including the ability to develop and troubleshoot a diverse range of problems and influence stakeholders to get consensus on key decisions to ensure project deliveries are made under tight deadlines.
- Prefer at least 2-5 years of experience in financial services with basic understanding of Bonds, Loans, Mortgage backed securities.
- 2-3 years of recent experience in Java or python and SQL.
- Prior experience in Mendix low code platform is required.
- Rapid Application Developer Mendix certification would be an added plus.
- AWS basic knowledge (Cloud9 IDE, EC2, Lambda, Redshift, Aurora, Secret manager)
- Familiarity with React UI framework & skills to improve User Experience (UX) would also be an added plus.
