Job Description
We’re looking for a creative and motivated Motion Graphics Intern to join our design team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our creative professionals to bring visual stories to life through animation, typography, and video. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment and help produce engaging multimedia content for social media, advertising campaigns, websites, and digital experiences. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about design, animation, and digital storytelling who’s eager to learn from experienced creatives and contribute to real client projects. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and animating motion graphics for video, web, and social media campaigns.
- Support the creative team in developing visual concepts, storyboards, and style frames.
- Edit and format video content using motion and visual effects.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account managers to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Optimize motion graphics for various digital platforms and file formats.
- Stay current with design and animation trends, tools, and techniques.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to ongoing projects.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of design principles, composition, color theory, and typography.
- Skilled in
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.)
- Basic knowledge of 2D animation, compositing, and visual effects.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of
AI image generation tools such as Midjourney or Firefly is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Effective time management and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Experience
- Current student or recent graduate in
Motion Graphics, Animation, Digital Media, Graphic Design , or a related field. Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $15-20 per hour
- Autonomy and creativity are encouraged, with ownership of projects
- Flexible hours and a fully remote work environment (Central Florida preferred but not required)
