Business Development and Marketing Manager

About the position Candidate to have a balance of analytical and creative skills along with strong leadership ability. Report and work closely with Executive V.P. of Business Development and Marketing. Duties to include: Hiring, training and providing professional development for Marketing team. Daily communication with Marketing team to monitor questions, issues and requests. Setting weekly, monthly and quarterly goals based on market research of marketing territories. Track performances of each Marketer and assess individual performance through meeting target goals as well new accounts developed. Working with Marketers on a routine basis in their respective territories to observe presentation techniques and knowledge. Participating in educational in-services for agencies and training Marketers to take over all in-services. Designing and implementing incentive programs, marketing campaigns and trade show participation. Maintaining a competitive yet collaborate team environment. Update and improve current sales manual training.

Requirements

  • Previous experience supervising teams of AT LEAST 10 employees.
  • Experience with outside sales.
  • Experienced with Technology/CRM/Microsoft/Excel.
  • Must travel monthly in the U.S.
  • Outside sales: 2 years (Required)

  • Supervising: 2 years (Required)
  • Willingness to travel: 100% (Required)
