Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Hybrid/Remote Position | This position begins with required in-office training. Upon successful completion, the role transitions to a hybrid/remote schedule. As a Claim Status Representative, you’ll play a key role in keeping cases moving forward and making a real impact on people’s lives every day. No prior experience? No problem. We provide paid training and a clear path for success. What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll act as a critical link between our team and the Social Security Administration (SSA), ensuring cases are accurate, up to date, and progressing efficiently. Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between our firm and the SSA
- Track and verify claim statuses
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in case records
- Monitor deadlines and prepare correspondence
- Maintain accurate and organized case documentation
- Support administrative and case management tasks as needed
