[Remote] Tech Measure Scheduler

Renewal by Andersen is the replacement division of the oldest and largest window and door manufacturer in North America, focusing on quality construction experiences. They are seeking a Tech Measure Scheduler to coordinate tech measure appointments, ensure accurate order entry, and maintain data integrity across systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor tech measure appointments, ensuring timely scheduling and efficient calendar utilization
• Respond to Sales requests throughout the day and assist with appointment needs
• Handle reschedules and tech-related requests quickly and accurately
• Create orders in the system by importing customer agreements and files
• Cross-reference agreements with system data to ensure all information is correct and complete
• Review sold contracts and update information as needed
• Follow up on cancellation requests to ensure they are properly removed from the system
• Complete additional tasks or special projects as assigned

Skills

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-2+ years of relevant customer service experience preferred
• General proficiency in technology, web-based platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• High degree of accuracy in data management, auditing and reporting
• Strong ability to main workflow efficiency and keep tasks on track
• Ability to identify issues and resolve them efficiently
• Fully remote role requiring a reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
• Sitting or standing most of the day; typing and mouse use requiring hand-eye coordination
• Clear vision for reading documents; ability to lift boxes or files as needed
• Reliable attendance, able to manage multiple priorities, and adjust to changing tasks
• 1-2+ years of relevant customer service experience preferred
• Experience with Salesforce or similar systems preferred
