Seeking an Entry-Level Customer Success Representative to join our remote chat support team. Your day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, sharing relevant product information and resource links, and notifying customers about special offers and deals. Everything happens through text-based conversations, eliminating any need for phone communication or in-person meetings. Rate:$35 per hour Requirements: Reliable device such as a computer, mobile phone, or tablet paired with consistent internet access. Proficiency in English writing to communicate clearly during chat interactions. Skills and Background: Prior experience in live chat support is not required to apply.
