What This Looks Like 20-minute telemedicine consults Low patient volume No insurance billing or admin burden Flexible scheduling Support with labs, logistics, and patient coordination Compensation Structure Per-consult model (~$100/visit) Additional compensation for ongoing patient management Designed for part-time or supplemental practice Onboarding + Support We don’t just plug providers in and expect them to figure it out.
