THE OPPORTUNITY: Our client is a global, technology-enabled organization seeking an Interim Senior Manager of Corporate FP&A to support corporate planning, reporting, and executive decision-making. The business operates in a complex, multi-dimensional revenue environment with a diversified, recurring revenue model, requiring strong financial visibility across growth, cost structure, and overall business performance. This consultant will partner closely with FP&A leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain corporate forecasting models, support monthly and quarterly reporting, and enhance financial analysis and planning processes. This is a highly visible role supporting executive leadership and contributing to key business insights. The ideal candidate is a hands-on FP&A professional with strong modeling capabilities, experience operating in dynamic environments, and the ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support corporate budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Maintain and enhance financial models across revenue, operating expenses, headcount, and cash flow.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including variance analysis and performance commentary.
  • Partner with FP&A leadership to support executive reporting, including materials for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Analyze business performance drivers, including revenue trends, cost structure, and profitability metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve forecast accuracy and financial visibility across the organization.
  • Build dashboards, reporting tools, and analyses to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with accounting during the close process to analyze actuals versus forecast and budget.
  • Identify and implement improvements to reporting processes, planning cadence, and data quality.
  • Support ad hoc financial analysis is tied to strategic initiatives and business performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles.
  • Experience in a SaaS or recurring-revenue business environment strongly required.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills with strong Excel proficiency.
  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
  • Strong understanding of corporate FP&A fundamentals, including headcount planning, expense forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Familiarity with key performance metrics in recurring-revenue or technology-enabled businesses preferred.
  • Experience with FP&A tools, BI platforms, CRM reporting, or financial systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour Benefits:
